Terel joined the County of Otsego IDA in September, 2025 as the Economic Development Director. Previously, he served as the Chemung County Program Manager for IncubatorWorks, a small innovation center located in Elmira, where he supported local businesses and entrepreneurs, helping them grow in the business and entrepreneurship world. Terel holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Alfred University.
