With a $1,200,000 Economic Development Administration grant and a $325,000 Empire State Development grant, the IDA is continuing its vision to develop our 22-acre business park in Richfield Springs, Otsego County. This parcel will accommodate approximately 85,000sqft. of manufacturing space to house Andela Products and Ruby Lake Glass. Site development presently consists of site preparation and extension of necessary utilities into the park, including site clearing and earthwork, construction of an access road, installation of a wastewater collection system, and extension of water service, a natural gas main, and electrical services.
